I found the location convenient with easy access to public transport. The staff communicated well and also arranged for water taxis. Breakfast was great taken on the outside terrace. It was a lovely experience. I really appreciated the kind and helpful staff .

our room offered a serene retreat after exploring, i noticed it had classic décor and ample space. the hotel gardens presented a tranquil spot for morning coffee, a lovely feature. i found the staff attentive and helpful with local recommendations.

The soundproofing in our room was not ideal. I often heard noise from the hallway and breakfast area, it was sometimes disturbing.
